These terms govern use of taqniva.com. Paid project work begins only under a separate written proposal, statement of work, order, or agreement accepted by both parties.

Website information

The website describes general capabilities and example service packages. It is not a binding offer, guarantee, or substitute for a project-specific scope. Timelines and deliverables are confirmed in writing after discovery.

Project engagements

Each engagement may define scope, milestones, fees, payment terms, dependencies, revisions, acceptance criteria, ownership, support, and cancellation terms. If those project terms conflict with this website, the accepted project terms control.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, lawful content, required permissions, account access, and payments. Delays or changes in these inputs may affect delivery dates and fees.

Third-party platforms

Projects may rely on hosting providers, app stores, payment processors, advertising networks, APIs, plugins, or other third-party services. Their availability, approvals, pricing, and policies remain outside Taqniva's control.

No guaranteed outcomes

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Taqniva does not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, return on advertising spend, platform approval, account recovery, uninterrupted third-party services, or a specific commercial result.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, and original website content belong to Taqniva unless stated otherwise. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement and completion of required payments.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or infringe the rights of others.

Liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Taqniva is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational website. Project-specific liability is addressed in the applicable written agreement.
