NearbyMe Terms of Service

By using NearbyMe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

A directory, not an employer

NearbyMe connects customers with local service providers who choose to list themselves. NearbyMe does not employ, endorse, background-check, license, insure, or guarantee the quality, pricing, conduct, or availability of any provider.

Verify before you hire

You are responsible for verifying a provider's identity, credentials, licensing, pricing, and suitability before engaging their services, and for agreeing on the price and scope of work directly with the provider.

Listings are self-submitted

Provider listings are entered by the providers themselves. NearbyMe does not guarantee that listing details are accurate or current, or that any provider will respond. Report a listing if it appears incorrect, duplicated, or fraudulent.

No payments or commission

NearbyMe does not process payments and does not charge commission. Any payment for services happens directly and privately between the customer and provider, entirely outside the app. Taqniva is not a party to that transaction.

Acceptable use

Do not publish fake, duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent listings; harass or mislead users; scrape or bulk-extract listing data; attempt to bypass listing, ownership, or reporting controls; interfere with the service; or use the app unlawfully.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, remove listings that violate these terms or create risk, and update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taqniva is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from a provider's work, conduct, listing, or any interaction or transaction between a customer and provider. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
