To request deletion of your phone-authenticated contributor account and associated personal information, email hello@taqniva.com from a contact method you control.

Include in your request

Subject: “Namaz Near Me account deletion”.
Your registered phone number, with country code.
Your contributor name, if one was created.
Do not send an OTP, password, government ID, or other unnecessary document.

Verification and completion

We may verify control of the registered phone number before acting. We will acknowledge the request, communicate the expected completion time, and process it within the period required by applicable law.

What is deleted or de-identified

We delete or de-identify the Firebase account and personal contributor fields that can reasonably be linked to you, subject to technical and legal limitations. Public masjid names, addresses, and accepted prayer timings may remain as community information after personal attribution is removed.

Limited retention

Minimal records may be retained where necessary for fraud and abuse prevention, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Retained information is limited to the relevant purpose and is not used for marketing.

Deleting the Namaz Near Me account does not automatically cancel platform subscriptions because the current app does not offer a Namaz Near Me subscription.
