By using Customs FX India, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Reference service only

The app provides customs exchange-rate references, historical information, calculators, and document-export tools for convenience. It does not provide legal, tax, customs-broker, accounting, or financial advice.

Verify official information

You are responsible for verifying every rate, effective date, unit, notification number, and calculation against the applicable official government notification before filing, payment, valuation, or commercial reliance.

Availability and accuracy

Rates or source services may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Taqniva may correct, replace, suspend, or remove data and features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a displayed rate is suitable for a particular transaction.

Advertising and purchases

The free version may show advertising. Premium products are processed through the applicable app store and remain subject to that store's billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Purchase availability and pricing may vary by platform or region.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse rate data to mislead others, automate abusive requests, or use the app in violation of law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taqniva is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, customs penalties, filing errors, duties, tax outcomes, business interruption, or decisions made without verifying the official notification. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
