Customs FX India Privacy Policy

Customs FX India is a reference and calculation app provided by Taqniva. Most user-facing features do not require an account. This policy describes data handled by the app and its service providers.
Information processed
- Advertising and device information: Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostics according to your settings and applicable consent requirements.
- Purchases: Google Play or Apple's App Store processes purchase, subscription, payment, and transaction information. The app receives purchase status needed to provide premium features; Taqniva does not receive full payment-card details.
- App preferences: premium state and app settings may be stored locally on the device.
- Exchange-rate data: the app retrieves customs rate and notification information from its backend database. Ordinary users do not need to provide personal information to view rates or use calculators.
- PDF and sharing: PDFs are generated on the device. When you choose to print or share a PDF, the selected platform or receiving app handles it under its own terms.
- Diagnostics: the operating system, app stores, Firebase, advertising SDKs, or related platform services may process technical and security information.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver app features, show and measure ads, process or restore purchases, remember settings, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain service security.
Service providers
The app may use Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play Billing, Apple in-app purchase services, printing and sharing services, and links to official or third-party customs information. Those providers process information under their own policies. Taqniva does not sell personal information.
Choices
You can manage app permissions, advertising choices, and purchase settings through your device and platform account. You can remove locally stored app preferences by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Purchase records remain subject to the applicable app store's retention and account controls.
Retention and security
Taqniva retains only information reasonably needed to operate and secure the service or comply with legal obligations. Local settings remain until cleared or the app is removed. Platform providers apply their own retention schedules. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The app is not designed as a child-directed service. Advertising and store configuration must remain consistent with the audience selected in the app-store listing.
